Exploring Movement and Connection
In this workshop, participants will embark on a journey to discover the deeper essence of movement, guided by renowned artist and movement researcher Daniel Proietto. Daniel’s approach transcends traditional technique, inviting participants to view movement as energy flowing throug an open and relaxed body and mind.
Together, we will explore themes of mindfulness, presence, and connection, learning to embrace movement not as something we do but as something we allow. Participants will gain insights into how confidence, serenity, and intention can transform the way we communicate with our bodies our audience, and ourselves.

• A safe and inclusive space for participants of all levels to explore their unique potential.
This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. Participants are encouraged to bring their individuality and curiosity, and adaptations will be made to ensure accessibility for all.
Daniel Proietto is a world-renowned contemporary dancer, choreographer, movement researcher, and the founder and director of Know Nation, an innovative platform dedicated to promoting the arts through groundbreaking digital experiences and educational initiatives. His work bridges traditional and experimental approaches to dance and theater. Known for his powerful stage presence and innovative artistry, Daniel has performed and created for some of the most prestigious institutions, including the Paris Opera Ballet, the Norwegian National Ballet, the Gothenburg Opera Dance Company, Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, and Sadler’s Wells in London.
With a deep focus on mindfulness and the healing power of movement, Daniel’s workshops invite participants to explore their unique physicality and emotional expression.
